Sprockets Music Video Show
In association with AthFest 2008, presented by Film::Athens: The 5th annual Sprockets Show features in competition music videos from Athens and beyond. Come to the show and vote for your favorite video to win the Audience Choice award.
The "Best Music Video" and "Audience Choice" videos will be screened and awarded at the Flagpole Music Awards Thursday, June 19th at the Morton Theatre.
About the awards...
The "Best Music Video" award is chosen by 5 impartial judges. Their decision is based on their personal expertise as music and film industry professionals.
The "Audience Choice" award is chosen by audience ballot the night of the Sprockets Show.
The Awards Trophies are created by an area artist who donates their time and talent to Sprockets. We give the artist a film reel to incorporate into the piece but no "rules" are set on how the awards should be made or what they should look like. The artist is free to create their own unique pieces of art.
